KIND WORDS
“We have left our young dog, Lottie, with Lisa several times now and have been delighted each time. Lottie loves staying and enjoys the attention and affection she receives. Lisa is a lovely person, who genuinely love and understand dogs and know how to handle them. Lottie also enjoys the company of Lisa's dogs, especially Rascal and has a great time on walks with them. When we're away it's good to know Lottie's being well cared for and having fun as well.”
“We recently rescued a Japanese Spitz whose coat was full of unidentifiable grime and painful mats. His stench was unbearable but Lisa didn't hesitate to care for him. Not only was she prompt in seeing him but also managed to beautify what was salvageable of his coat. He looked like a completely different dog! He was thrilled to be released from that dirty coat.
We were somewhat nervous to leave him in a new environment; however when we picked him up he couldn't have been happier. Lisa provided him with a warm, relaxing and stimulating environment and, herself, was incredibly friendly and professional. We will certainly take him back for boarding”

I have properly known Lisa for 6 years now. However I had met her on the odd occasion previously whilst out walking our dogs. Lisa made me feel very comfortable and I remember telling my husband I would like her to look after our dog. Lisa first had Indi (Flatcoated Retriever) November 2011 for 2.5 weeks. I instantly felt comfortable with Indi being at hers. Since then, Lisa has had Indi regularly. Whether it be for just a night or for longer. I am extremely protective of Indi, but I am 100% confident and happy that Indi settles in well at her house and views it like a second home. I trust her to make the right decisions with Indi whilst he is in her care and know that when I pick him up that he has enjoyed his time. I have no issues in giving Lisa a solid reference. She is not only knowledgeable about dogs, she is patient with them and loving, and I can tell she enjoys her work.
